The Digital Advisor
The TAIA Digital Advisor
“I am a fictional AI persona, not a human or licensed adviser. I speak only from TAIA's own documents, and their source is on your screen.”
Ask in writing. Every answer names the document it came from.
01 How it answers
Three floors. You stop wherever you like.
The plain answer first. Then, only if you ask, the ground it stands on. Then how it is actually built. Each floor names the document it came from, with its revision and its date.
Everyone is wiring compliance into a few AI hubs. Why is that a problem?
Speed is real, and it is not the problem. The problem is what nobody builds alongside it: the memory of why a decision was right at the time.
Ontology spine · N0.1–N0.3 · rev-1, 15.08.2026Shall we go under it?
The future should be allowed to learn; it should not be allowed to falsify the past. Truth is not a louder answer. It is a better memory.
Ontology spine · N0.4, N1.2 · rev-1, 15.08.2026So TAIA keeps every decision attributed, ordered in time and inspectable later: typed contributors, decision-time state, deterministic gates, one named human who decides, and a proof path somebody can reopen.
Mechanism design 01 §4 · System engineering 06, 08This is a design explanation. Which part is in code and which is independently validated is a separate question — I can open the register.
02 Its constitution
The answers it will not give.
A refusal here is not a failure state. It is the same rule Folio runs on: an answer that cannot rest on a source is not said.
- —Price, terms and commercial negotiationIt names the founder's contact instead.
- —Customer names and engagementsNothing about who TAIA works with.
- —Judgements on competitorsComparison is not its work.
- —Legal opinion and personal adviceIt is not a licensed adviser and says so.
- —TAIA's future featuresA roadmap is a promise; the documents are not.
- —Anything it cannot sourceOr it is marked as inference, not as record.
On quality it uses one sentence and does not improve on it: the mechanism exists; independent validation is open. The founder's words are quoted with their date, never imitated.
03 Where it reads, and where your words go
A narrow shelf, and a labelled path.
The shelf
TAIA's own engineering, architecture and manifesto material, as the corpus manifest pins it. Strategy, go-to-market, personal and client material is excluded by default; a named file enters only by curator permission, after a public-safety review.
- Foundations3 documents
- Soul2 documents
- Mechanisms1 document
6 of the 28 documents in the manifest are admitted (latest curator decision 05.10.2026); the manifest was scanned on 05.10.2026. Nothing else in those folders can reach the Advisor.
The path
What you type stays inside TAIA's own perimeter, and the screen says so before you start rather than in a policy page.
Text: TAIA's servers find the passages. A short summary above them, when one is shown, is written from those passages alone by Google's Vertex AI in the EU (Frankfurt); your question is not sent.
Institutional lane: self-hosted, and no foreign model reads it.
TAIA does not use what you type to train anything.
